Return and refund policy

Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds for Boneanthony orders. Please read carefully before raising a request.

Return policy

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.

However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing items in the package

Return request window

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.

Mandatory proof

To process any claim, please provide:

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video
  • Product images showing the issue
  • Your order ID

Exchange policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged item received

Exchange conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refund policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified by our team.

Refund timeline

  • Prepaid orders: Refund processed within 2–4 business days to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refund issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Minor packaging variations
  • Orders refused at delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
