Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.
However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing items in the package
Return request window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.
Mandatory proof
To process any claim, please provide:
- A clear, unedited unboxing video
- Product images showing the issue
- Your order ID
Exchange policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item received
Exchange conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified by our team.
Refund timeline
- Prepaid orders: Refund processed within 2–4 business days to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refund issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Minor packaging variations
- Orders refused at delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
