All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, including (but not limited to) cases of:

• Pricing or product-description errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Stock unavailability

An order is confirmed only after you receive an order-confirmation email or message from us.

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for next steps.

Boneanthony reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping timelines, charges, tracking, and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to its terms.

Return, exchange, and refund eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Returns of opened or used fragrances are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

All content on the Site — including the Boneanthony name, logo, product names, photography, copy, design, illustrations, code, and the underlying software — is the property of Boneanthony or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
